All through the month of March, we invite you to slow down, hit the road, and enjoy something special. Shop Hoppin’ in the Sip is a relaxed, come-as-you-are quilt shop hop that celebrates creativity, community, and the joy of quilting.

Spend the month visiting charming local quilt shops, discovering beautiful fabrics and exclusive finds, and meeting the people who make each shop unique. Every stop offers fresh inspiration, friendly faces, and a chance to be part of something bigger than a single project.

Whether you make it to one shop or all of them, you’ll enjoy the fun of collecting stamps, exploring new ideas, and soaking in a little Southern hospitality along the way. It’s not about rushing. It’s about enjoying the journey.

How it Works

Pick up your Shop Hop Passport, distributed by February 15, and collect special stamps at each participating shop. Completed passports can be entered to win exciting prizes.

Each shop will feature its own exclusive block, available for purchase directly from that shop. Pricing may vary by location.

Projects & Patterns

  • Each shop offers a fabric kit for its exclusive block
  • Jennifer Bosworth’s pattern is FREE with the purchase of a kit or with a $50 purchase
  • Some shops may offer optional finishing kits
  • Quilters are encouraged to share photos of completed blocks

Prizes & Giveaways

  • Grand Prize: Pfaff sewing machine
  • First Prize: $200 in fabric and notions from vendors
  • Second Prize: $100 in fabric and notions
  • $25 gift cards to participating shops for social media selfies
